Spare parts supply
We review the machine information, part number, drawing, photo or sample. After confirming compatibility and availability, we provide a quotation and delivery option.

One process, from identifying the right part to delivery.
We assess spare parts and consumables for resistance welding machines and automation systems, source suitable items, manufacture custom components and plan stock with customers for regularly used parts.
We review the machine information, part number, drawing, photo or sample. After confirming compatibility and availability, we provide a quotation and delivery option.
If a standard part does not fit, we assess electrodes, holders, copper connections and mechanical components made to a drawing or sample. Dimensions, material and operating conditions are agreed before production.
We review repeat orders and usage patterns. An agreed list and quantities can support planned stock, including custom parts, subject to technical and commercial agreement.
These are examples; compatibility depends on your machine and technical requirements.
Electrode geometries and replaceable tips for spot, projection and other resistance welding.
Holders, arms, braided copper shunts and connectors.
Suitable fittings, hoses and related system components.
Parts defined by a drawing or sample that are not in a standard list.
We check dimensions, material, connections and working conditions as well as visual similarity.

We inspect the existing part, drawing or problem, confirm dimensions and production method, then plan manufacture. Repeat requests may justify stocking the custom part for future needs.
Useful details: part photo or sample, drawing and dimensions, machine model, purpose and quantity.
Consumables and critical spares need different planning. We review repeat orders, consumption and operational priorities, then agree minimum quantities and replenishment for suitable parts. Stock delivery remains subject to the agreed plan and confirmation.
Identify parts and recurring needs.
Agree part list, quantities and replenishment.
Prepare the order once stock is confirmed.
Stock arrangements depend on each part and mutual planning. Lead times for unavailable parts are given in the quotation.

We verify the part number, dimensions and connections before preparing shipment. Repeat orders and custom manufacture can be reviewed in one process.
