QUALITY POLICY

How we work, and what we check.

Our policy in four commitments — what we work to, how we work, what we prove, and what we promise you.

Standards

  • Machines are designed and built to applicable requirements for the destination market, including CE and other relevant requirements.
  • Welding schedules follow recognised RWMA/EN practice, adapted to the customer’s material.
  • Electrical assemblies use named, traceable suppliers.
  • Documentation is issued in the language of the operating team.

Processes

  • A single engineering owner follows a project from enquiry to commissioning.
  • Every machine is built from released drawings, not from shop-floor improvisation.
  • Changes during the project are recorded against the order.
  • Commissioning and service visits are documented per serial number.
  • Where provided, machines are designed in full compliance with the customer’s specifications.

Tests

  • Every machine runs real weld schedules on real material before dispatch.
  • Electrical safety and cooling circuits are checked under load.
  • Results are recorded against the order and handed over with the machine.
  • Sample welds are evaluated with the customer where the application requires it.

Commitments

  • We say what a machine cannot do before the order, not after.
  • Spare parts remain available for the life of the machine.
  • Support answers in the customer’s own language.
  • Continuous improvement is driven by service findings, not by marketing.

Our pledge

If a machine we built does not hold the weld quality it was sold for, we come back and make it right — whether it left the factory last month or twenty years ago.

How we build quality in

In-house manufacturing

All chassis welding, machined parts, assembly and electrical installation are completed in our own production facility, with every stage carefully inspected.

Tested before dispatch

Every machine runs real weld schedules on real material before it is packed. Results are recorded against the order. Every machine we manufacture undergoes preliminary and final acceptance with our customer taking part.

Traceable components

Our own transformers, control units and other equipment, together with components sourced from our suppliers, are recorded by serial number.

Documented after-sales

Commissioning reports, service visits and retrofits are recorded, so a machine built decades ago still has a history.

THE QUALITY PROCESS

Six gates between an enquiry and a machine in production.

  1. 01Application review

Material, thickness, coating and cycle time are assessed against the weld schedule before anything is quoted.

  2. 02Design release

Mechanical and electrical drawings are released; nothing is built from a verbal change.

  3. 03Manufacturing

Machining and welded frames are produced in-house and checked against the released drawings.

  4. 04Electrical assembly

Cabinets, transformers and wiring are assembled and function-tested under power.

  5. 05Weld testing

Real weld schedules are run on real material; results are recorded against the order.

  6. 06Commissioning

Installation, operator training and acceptance on site, with the report filed per serial number.

THE QUALITY LIFECYCLE

Quality does not end at dispatch — service findings come back into design.

Findings feed the next design

Every service visit is recorded per serial number, so a recurring finding changes the next machine we build — not only the one we repair.
