TECHNICAL SERVICES

Commissioning, Maintenance and Repair

We support the commissioning of industrial machines of different makes and types, starting with machines purchased from AKWA Technic. Depending on the technical requirements, we maintain and repair AKWA-built and other manufacturers’ machines at your facility or in our workshop.

01

Multiple makes and machines

Support for equipment from other manufacturers as well as your AKWA machines.

02

On-site technical service

Work at your facility when the machine does not need to be moved.

03

Workshop maintenance and repair

Work in the AKWA Technic workshop for machines and components requiring detailed intervention.

01 / 02

Get your machine ready for production

We plan commissioning according to the technical conditions of machines that are newly installed, relocated or restarted after a long period out of use. We support installation checks, settings and operational tests for different types and makes of industrial machines, with priority given to machines supplied by AKWA Technic.

What we check

  1. 01Machine placement and the facility infrastructure
  2. 02Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and cooling connections appropriate to the machine
  3. 03Function and safety checks
  4. 04Operating parameters and a test run
  5. 05Operator guidance on use and basic maintenance

The work performed depends on the machine type, its technical documentation and the conditions on site.

02 / 02

Technical support for production continuity

We support fault diagnosis, maintenance and repair for AKWA-built machines and equipment from other manufacturers. Our aim is to identify the cause, plan an appropriate intervention and help the machine run safely and consistently.

Service scope

  • Fault diagnosis and technical inspection
  • Checks of mechanical, electrical, automation, pneumatic and cooling systems
  • Assessment of worn or faulty components and appropriate repairs
  • Periodic maintenance and operational checks
  • Checks of electrodes, force, weld time and other process parameters on resistance welding machines

Where do we provide service?

01

On-site service at your facility

Our team works on site for commissioning, fault diagnosis, maintenance and repair that can be performed where the machine is installed. Work that does not require dismantling or transporting the machine can therefore take place in your production area.

Maintenance and repair in the AKWA Technic workshop

For more extensive inspections, disassembly or work requiring workshop equipment, we examine the machine or its relevant components at our facility. The intervention depends on the fault and technical condition of the machine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work on AKWA Technic machines?

No. We offer commissioning support for other makes and machine types as well as machines purchased from AKWA Technic. We also assess maintenance and repair requests for both our machines and those of other manufacturers.

Can maintenance and repair take place on site?

Yes. Suitable work can be performed at the facility where the machine is installed. For more extensive interventions, we can inspect the machine or relevant components in the AKWA Technic workshop.

What should I include in a service request?

The machine make and model, serial number, location, a description of the issue and, if available, photos or a video help with the initial assessment.
