Prototype and Pre-series Production
Before moving your project to series production, we evaluate the part and welding process together. At AKWA Technic, we carry out prototype work for potential projects and, where suitable, produce pre-series batches in-house.

Test the idea on a real part
We review planned resistance welding projects using technical drawings, sample parts and production targets. We assess the welding approach, electrode access and part positioning based on the geometry and material. We then work with prototype parts to identify where the design and process need further development.
Prototyping helps you examine the part design and weld feasibility under conditions closer to actual production before investing in production equipment.
PRE-SERIES PRODUCTION
We can produce initial batches in-house
After the prototype stage, we can carry out pre-series production at AKWA Technic for suitable projects. Producing a limited number of parts with the chosen process lets us observe part flow, welding and inspection steps. This experience helps identify necessary adjustments earlier in preparation for series production.
The pre-series scope depends on the technical requirements of the part, target quantity and a work plan agreed together.
