TAILORED · PROCESS-SPECIFIC AUTOMATION

It starts with a part. It becomes a line built for you.

We design the line you envision and help you discover options you have not yet considered.

You may have a sample, drawing, specification or simply an idea. AKWA Technic studies your product and site, develops alternative production line concepts and presents designs through computer-aided visuals and suitable simulations. We compare each concept’s scope and budget with you before an investment decision.

01

A production line begins with understanding your plant

Every product, factory layout and investment has different priorities. Whenever possible, we study the existing workflow on site: feeding and transfer, operator tasks, space, equipment, quality checks and production targets. We also consider links to existing lines and access between stations.

A complete line design is not required. We can clarify the product, target capacity and production issue together before developing concepts.

02

From sample to specification, decisions need real data

Samples, prototypes, 2D/3D drawings, materials, tolerances, joining points, quality requirements and any specification form the technical basis. We assess fixtures, operation sequence, access, repeatability and inspection needs; missing data can be defined together.

Useful starting information
  • Sample, prototype or reference part
  • Drawings, 3D model, tolerances and material
  • Target volume, product range and cycle goals
  • Welding and other processes, quality criteria
  • Available space and existing machine connections
  • Specifications, safety requirements and budget priorities
03

One goal. Several workable routes.

Depending on the application, we can discuss an operator-assisted station, a semi-automatic cell or an integrated line. These examples make a technical discussion tangible.

What we would assess together: Product variety, floor space, operator role and initial investment.

These are explanatory concepts, not a price calculator. Real options depend on the part, process, capacity and site review.

04

See how the line could work before manufacture

We present layouts, 3D designs and project-appropriate computer simulations. Together we can examine part movement, station order, operator access and potential bottlenecks, then reflect feedback in the technical scope.

Simulation findings depend on the model and assumptions. Final performance targets require engineering and validation.

05

Compare technical scope alongside budget

We prepare proposed scope and budget quotations for the alternatives, showing stations, automation, welding equipment and inspection steps. Feedback and budgets help us agree on the most suitable solution.

What the quotation discussion clarifies
  • Technical scope and line layout
  • Stations and equipment
  • Options and responsibilities
  • Implementation steps and quotation terms

Early concepts and budgets use the information available at that stage. Final price and schedule are established from the agreed technical scope in the quotation.

How we work

01

Initial discussion

We learn about the product, goals and problem to solve.

02

Site and data review

We examine operating conditions, samples, drawings and specifications.

03

Alternative concepts

We develop practical options with different levels of automation.

04

Design presentation

We visualise layout and operation and gather your feedback.

05

Budget and scope

We compare scopes and budget quotations and agree on the direction.

We can start with a finished part. Or simply an idea.

Share a sample, drawing or emerging idea and your production targets; together we can examine automation options suited to your plant.
